We start with your existing electricity supply, parking arrangement, charger requirements and cable route. This helps us explain suitable installation options and identify any associated electrical work before the job is planned.

For a home installation, tell us where you park, the vehicle or charger you have in mind and where your consumer unit is located. For workplace charging, let us know how the spaces will be used and whether the premises have access or operational restrictions.

Planning your charge point
Tell us about the vehicle, parking position and how you expect to use the charger. We assess the existing supply, proposed cable route and installation location before explaining suitable options and agreeing the work.

We discuss access, timing and any power interruptions before starting. At handover, we explain the installed equipment and the information relevant to using it. Product choice and installation arrangements are agreed for your property rather than assumed from a standard package.
